I'm setting up a basic wireless network just for home use and I'm planning on using just WEP as the security.

I would just like to know which is more secured between WEP's two options: WEP Shared or WEP Open?

Can anyone tell me how to hide my IP Address for free? I want to enter in some restricted site and I don't want my IP address to be detected. I tried using some proxy site like www.hidemyass.com but it is very slow and it takes time to load.

Please help me find some free proxy.

I ‘ve been remoting my computer at home from the office but recently, I had a problem remoting or accessing my computer at home.  My brother installed a Firewall (Kaspersky Anti-Virus) in our home computer and I suspect it’s the Firewall that prevented me from remoting my computer at home from the office. Is it really possible that it might be the Firewall? What remedy can i make so that I can access again my computer at home?
