Is it easy to upgrade to another VPS package if I start with the cheapest package such as the W-VPS-01? Would the upgrade require migration or we just need to change the limits?

I would like to know if a DHCP server can be used as a backup for another DHCP server. Also, I would like to know if it is possible for a DHCP server to update the DNS server of the client. The DNS entry should be similar with the dynamic assigned address of the client. Please help.

Our company is experiencing a very high rate of growth in the number of employees. We handle all our mail using Exchange server. With large number of employees has come a great challenge. As a result, I intend to put a ceiling on the amount of mail employees are allowed to save on their inboxes. This is to avoid a rapid increase of the size of the company database. I am looking for a way of setting the limit on the amount of email an employee can save on the inbox. Do we have anyone who knows how I could go about doing such a configuration?

I need your advice concerning a few issues I am having with XAMPP.
I really hope you can help me.
Every time I type “local host” in the Firefox URL bar, what appears is not XAMPP but what displays is IIS main page.
What I would like to is whether or not it is possible to have XAMPP displayed instead of the IIS.
The other issue I am concerned about is with the Apache in the XAMPP control panel.
Nothing takes place at all when I click on it.
I tend to think that this problem with the XAMPP control panel Apache results from an error in Port 80.
Is it possible to change the Apache port?

Our Windows Server allows only changes to directories but does not allow changes to files. It is necessary that I make changes on permissions to the Windows server. Although I am familiar with Unix, I find Windows hosting different. Would the security risk be too high if I allowed read/write for everybody in the whole system directory or is it safe to do so? Please advise me.

Hello, I am looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of both the concepts of dedicated data center and Private cloud. Please give me the merits and demerits of both, the difference between the two, and also why is the Private cloud more cost effective than the Dedicated data center? I will be grateful for your opinion.
