Networking
While connecting Windows 7 client PC with Win 2003 DC through Remote Desktop, the PC does not find the server name in the explorer and returns the message after some delay “Windows cannot access \ServerName. The IP address and domain can be pinged fine. Is Win 7 Client supporting the connection with Win 2003 or are there any other recommended settings for connecting with my Win 2003 DC?

How I will ping and manage my Windows XP SP3 Clients (DHCP) from my DC (WinServer2003 R2) when they both obtain their IP addresses from the same DHCP server? How can I make my DC to function as a controller to manage my Windows XP clients and is there any need for Windows XP clients to modify their recommended settings of DHCP to obtain their IP addresses that ping DHCP and DC?

Recently after upgrading our Domino server to version 6.5.1, I have run into some errors. During installation I enabled the scheduling agent and had the admin as the signer of the code.
The problem is that the weekly scheduled agent is not functioning in accordance with the timing. When you configure it to run once a week it fails to do so yet when you configure it to run after a few hours let’s say two hours from that instant it will run. I would be glad to receive some help.

I used the Terminal Server Management Pack (v. 6.0.6278.22) to monitor my Windows 2008 R2 server with terminal services, but the server does not appear in the MP.
Is this problem caused by MP not supporting Windows 2008 R2 server?
Please advise.

My brother has some certain issues with his PC. He said he’s getting too many error messages from IBM Lotus Notes when he tried to open the application. The first error he got was: “Error accessing product object method.” He remembered he got this error after upgrading the client server from 8.5.2FP3 to 8.5.3 and accessing the mail file on an 8.5 server.
He also mentioned that he hit the OK button on the error and opened the Preferences tab. Under Preferences tab, he got another prompt with Error Code 219.

Hello there,
Please look at the attached image regarding my issue. This is the error that our clients are experiencing. We are getting complaints from them that they’re getting an error saying “Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp Server; the name length of argument is incorrect.” This came up as a surprise for me because we are under a bog standard setup with few W2k3 R2 servers in DMZ. We also have a load-balancer pair of net-scalers in Access Gateway mode. I tried to find a solution to the problem but I have found nothing that defines the nature of the error and where did the error came from. Please help me if you know how to fix this problem. I badly need an immediate solution for the sake of our business. Thank you very much.

I would like to import some users and add it to the list of my directory when I am prompted to an error message saying: “Error while trying to access Active Directory.”
I tried to give a code (Forms/SysUserADUserImportWizard/searchADUser) and I saw that the Active Directory searcher broke into this line:searchResultCollection = directorySearcher.FindAll()”. I got this error after using the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Active Directory Import Wizard. Do you have any idea what might be the cause of getting the error?
Any help from you guys is greatly appreciated.
