Networking
Maybe you could help me figure out why I’m getting this error message: "DB_ERROR ChangeHwndIcon (Unable to Access File: nbs.ico)" and
"Unable to connect to server (Permission denied) http://forum.undernet.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13619"?
I tried everything on this below video but then I get the error message above. What might be the reason for that?
I have checked some posts saying that they cannot also connect but I get no answer for my query. I have also tried connecting to Underneath server but it does not help. I even had the chance to install mIRC but still did not work.

Hello everyone,
I want to configure my network device WLS-9163. I want the configuration to be set with both wired and wireless options. I completed this setup successfully and both are linked to the local network. After the successful completion of the setup, when I disconnect the Ethernet connection, an error window pops up on the screen which displays the network configuration error. The screenshot is attached below:
What does this error number mean?
Any idea related to the issue will be highly appreciated.
Thanks and best wishes

51. Hi. I bought a new SG2 about a week ago. Initially I was able to work properly with my Hosted Exchange account. I am trying to wipe my phone and during the exchange, I get this error message, “Unable to establish a network connection.
Try again with network provider’s default apn”. All other features are working perfectly. Net browsing, IMAP, POP etc are all fine. I have even tried using WiFi, but still couldn’t resolve the issue. Please advise me on how to solve this problem.

Nokia Siemens Networks says they have featured Continuous Packet Connectivity (CPC) for HSPA+ Networks which would optimize the use of smartphones. This is by reducing the network interference, thus, providing more uplink capacity, and longer battery life as well. However, could this have adverse effects on the KPI, bandwidth usage and interoperability to the existing network if other telecoms would adopt CPC?
