For the VoIP purpose what will be the best ringcentral onsip alternatives? How can I get them? Is there any freeware ringcentral onsip alternatives?

I have two desktops in my home. I want to set up remote desktop with webcam viewer with one another. Can I do that? How many PCs can be connected and is there any software to set up the remote desktop with webcam viewer? Another issue is that I have normal webcam so, is there any special webcam requirement or any webcam will do the job?

I am unable to understand Mac application, especially its mail functions. I need to response a mail urgently. So I decided to add html mail responder in osx mail so that I can reply others easily. But do not know how to connect. What is the procedure to make connection between html mail and osx mail?
