On our Cisco 3560 Switch, there are Vertical IP phones connected to it and the QoS is not yet configured.I just need to verify if to configure non Cisco phones, will it make any difference if I use the command 'auto qos voip trus' instead of 'auto qos voip cisco-phone'?

I have Xfinity router from Comcast and one of its features is the ability to turn the network into a wifi hotspot. Although, one needs to have an Xfinity subscriber login to be able to use the network, some neighbors claimed they were able to get free access to my network. i'm feeling paranoid over this. How do I turn the feature off?

My phone was pre-installed with Dropbox but I don't know how to use it. All I know is that it's a cloud storage and sync service but what can it do for me? Can I instantly save and sync my photos and music with it? Is it done automatically? How do I set it up?

I have purchased genuine copies of games like Black ops, Arma 2, Dayz, BF3 and BF4 for my Sony Vaio Z Series.
When me and my friend wanted to play together being on the same server, it is not allowing us. But when we play separately, we are able to do so. None of the games we own, allowing us both at the same time. We both are using the same network using separate Ethernet cables.
What is the cause of this issue? Is there any setting I have not done to allow more than one person to play the game?

Hello,
Recently, I got new SONY Vaio SVD13223CXB VAIO, Duo 13 Convertible Ultrabook with Windows 8 and I liked it so much.
Everything works fine, but wireless Internet connection is too damn slow. I thought it was because of the Internet or WiFi adapter itself. I am using Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter. On my laptops the same wireless connection is very fast and I am not sure why it is dead slow in my new laptop only. I have updated the drivers but no luck.
What is a possible cause of this problem? Please help me out here guys.

My home is relatively large with several dead wireless spots. I want to basically flood the entire area with only one SSID and a single encyption key, so I can walk through anywhere in the house and stay connected to wireless. Can I use the Netgear Powerline products to do this?

I've been trying to link two PoE switches from Netgear, a GS724TP and GS7728TP. When I activate the link between two switches and have the POE phone plugged in the GS728TP, the phone will not boot. If I remove the link, however, the phone boots up fine. Has anyone else had this issue? Can somebody suggest a fix for this?

In mobile solutions in printing, there are 3 that I would like to compare; Apple Airprint, Google Cloud Print and Amazon Kindle Fire Printing. What are the advantages of each solution? Are these supported by most printer manufacturers? Is there any particular feature a printer needs to have for these solutions to be applicable to it?

It seems that cloud printing may be good printing solution. In Google cloud print, is it going to work only on cloud print ready printers or is it backward compatible? Are there only a few selected printers that will work on this solution or is it supported by most printer manufacturers?
