MS Outlook
Why is it that the e-mails I sent in Outlook go directly to the Sent folder of the Personal folder instead of the Sent folder located in the mail.mydomain.com IMAP folder? I’ve tried to turn on the IMAP in Horde to rectify the problem, but it doesn’t work. I have visited every forum and searched KBs but the posts there only discuss POP or the information doesn’t elaborate too much on the details about IMAP/Outlook 2003 setup. Can you please give me the procedures to take when setting up IMAP?

After upgrading to Office 2010 from Office 2003, our out of office in Outlook 2010 does not work properly anymore.
Our email server is still on Exchange 2003. Could this be the reason for our problem?
Please let me know if you have encountered the same problem and how it was solved.
Thanks!

Hello there.
I am very much happy if you could spare some time with my problems.
I am having trouble exporting a “COMPLETE” Notes Address Book into Outlook.
I can export basic information which includes name, email-address and phone-number, however.
I need to export everything else i.e. complete-mailing-address, pager, all phone numbers and email addresses.
The export process only exports data which is displayed in the contact list and contains only a few fields from the person’s contact detail.
How I can include other data in this screen?
Thank you for your time.

Good day to you…
Can you please guide me with this…
I moved from outlook to notes. Not complain only I’m trying to adjust, there is on thing that's totally driving me as bonkers. I constantly hit “Esc” one time too many when want to close docs and then it closes my inbox also. But I don’t want to close my inbox, now I'm tiring to re-open it constantly. Is there any way that my inbox not closed with Esc key?
Thanks a lot…

My company is using an outside provider to host our email. The incoming emails go through POP3/SMTP. Our Exchange 2007 server is being used for internal email, calendar, and SharePoint. Can you help me to set up hosting for our email on our own server without changing the domain name currently being used by our company?

I have a rule set up on my Outlook 2007 to forward incoming mails from a distribution account to my personal email account. However, I noticed that digitally signed incoming emails are not automatically forwarded. I suspected, may be the digital signature which requires a password. Is it possible to set up a rule removing the digital signature?

My operating system is Windows XP Professional and I am using Outlook 2002. I am trying to delete bulk old mails but I am receiving error message stating:
The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. I tried repairing in the Inbox Repair Tool like Scanpst.exe and successfully scanned the error, but it cannot repair and it just keeps on hanging.

I have five email accounts which I have been accessing using one inbox on Outlook. When I upgraded to Outlook 2010, it automatically created an inbox for each of the five email accounts. Checking five inbox is time consuming. Can you tell me how to consolidate the five email accounts in one inbox as with the previous versions of Outlook?

I am currently using Outlook 2003. An invitation from a person using Outlook 2000 was sent to me through email. I received the email, but the invitation did not automatically appear on my Outlook Calendar. Are they not compatible? Please tell me how to fix it.
