I am trying to install an apk file from my SD card and I'm getting a 'Parse Error: 'There is a problem parsing the package' error. I was able to install apps in the past without getting any problems, until now. What is causing this problem and what can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I am unable to download or update any app from Google Play using WIFI or 4G. I already uninstalled the Google play updates and rebooted the phone. Is there a need for me to restore my phone? I would rather try other options first before considering a restore. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

After I have installed OctoplusSamsung on my PC this error appeared when I tried to open the program. I have the latest version of the program and also I have reinstalled the program hoping that will work but it doesn’t. Can anyone help me please to install OctoplusSamsung properly ?
