For the last couple of days, I have been trying to load Sony Vegas (the latest version) on Win 7, but when I do, I get the following error:

This happens when I have completed my work and I click the render as button.

Any ideas on this please? I need your help.

This program is often interfering with other installations.

Whenever I install something, I get the following error message, which obviously is no good!

I Have been trying for a couple of days to reinstall a relatively old game with no luck.

Right after that there is a DirectX setup error.

In my system, PPTP and GRE traffic seems to be blocked by a newly acquired Cisco 870. This uses the settings 192.168.2.1 on the LAN, and traffic goes from that through an Untangle device (192.168.2.2). It then goes into passive 10/100 switches.

PCs can connect to the Net with no issues, but when using a PPTP network, I can't connect back to the main office. If anybody tries to connect to VPN from remote site they are unsuccessful. The program crashes at Verifying Username and Password. See screenshot:

EAPOL is being blocked while I am trying to put HIPS 8 on my computer. An error shows in the HIPS 8 log and all traffic is blocked. If I want to continue, I have to disable all the functions of HIPS 8. I thought I could create an exception in the firewall for this strange protocol, but it is still the same. I have attached a screenshot:

A few days ago, I installed Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Pangoline) on my Thinkpad E420, which I had bought recently.

I downloaded the installer from the company website and really liked what I saw.

In order to get it work, there are a number of updates that have to be installed, which I have done, e.g. gimp, adobe flash player, kile and audacious. After that, I tried to update through the available update option, but I get the following popup:
