IBM Lotus Freelance Graphics is running on my machine. However, when I try to connect the server, this below error appears suddenly and it says that I am not authorized to use the server. I have no idea I cannot use which server. Please find the below screenshot of the error message for your reference.

I was trying to install IBM Rational App Scan [Edition for Developers], during the process of installation I face an error from Installation Manager Tool , I am attaching the error message screen shot with my question, please examine and tell me the solution.

Installation Manager fetched 537 files (263.21MB) during this installation attempt. You can keep these files to avoid fetching them again. Installation Manager will delete these files during a successful installation of this or any other package.
