Your help and assistance, please! I think my Word Document was corrupted. After I encoded my homework in MS Word, I saved the data. But then, to my surprise, when I checked the file I saved, I noticed that it became corrupt. I have saved it both in HDD and a flash disk just to be sure. But, when I tried to open the file, all I saw were squares, alphanumeric symbols and other unknown texts. How will I be able to recover the document file? Thank you.

I took Computer Program lesson about MS Office v2007. But I’m still using MS Office version 2003. Could you recommend at least 3 latest software programs in terms of Word-processing? I also would like to ask what brands do you recommended which would suit my needs. It should have the best featured Price Security Program, aside from support for on-line financial transaction.

Dear Support Group! Need your help on this! I purchased just recently three (3) discs of computer applications – MS Office Professional v2010. I installed the programs successfully, but when I tried to open the MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint it wouldn’t work and I got “error” messages. Default message was “unable to open”. The store replaced it with the three (3) new discs and I installed it all over again. I was wondering why it doesn’t work out as well since I still have 56 gigabytes free in my hard drive.  I’m using a Windows Vista laptop with 2GB memory and, as I said,  with 56 gigs free in the hard drive. What are the pros and cons in using simple cms (SharePoint) in schools?  I know that there are a lot of schools which use SharePoint but I want to verify whether it would be ideal to use this at my school.  Any idea.

I need some lesson plans and students’ activity sheets, so I made several downloads from a website.

I’m a school teacher in middle school and I get ideas from the web to make it easier for me to teach.

I have MAC OS and have difficulty with it since I’m not familiar with the MAC System.

What things or steps can you suggest so I could use my MAC without difficulty?

Hello.  I am having trouble with my InfoPath. 

I created a field called the projectlead. 

I had no trouble at all when I used the expression control. 

However, when I set the default as projectlead, nothing is displayed. 

What should I do?

Is there a difference between MS Outlook and Outlook Express?  What are their file extensions?  What is the distinction between system tray and quick launch?

Can I use a column as reference in one Excel file in another spreadsheet?  I want to be able to add a data in, let’s say A.xls and then the data in B.xls is updated too.
