I have a an excel document that has 300 rows and 80 sets of data. I want to have the data represented before and after in a graph format. My aim is to create the graph side by side and then have a drop down for indicating the sample. I also want to update the before and after graph. Please assist me on this. Thank you.

I would like to know how I can create this list using the Power point templates and also edit it.

In addition, I want to move the flash object which is in the Power Point presentation and move it to top.

When I paste data from MS – Excel to MS – Power point which has about 10 textboxes around the page, the data is displayed in a disorderly manner.

I have selected the cells form excel in an order and then pasted the same in power point.

It is still now working;

I want to show the shape fill toolbox and select the color for objects. Will writing VBA code help? Power Point 2003 allows me to drag the shape fill box to choose colours. However, I have a Power Point 2007 file and when I tried to open the same in my computer which has MS –Office 2003, it did not open and gave some error message like ‘cannot read the file as no converter available’. Please help me solve this problem.

Outlook is shutting down and I have closed all my applications and rebooted the machine but the problem shows up again. In addition, the same happens when doing the import file. It is working properly when I work with single user in Outlook but with multiple profiles, it creates problems. Is there anyone with an idea what I am having this problem?

When I open my documents using the MS Word 2007, I am getting a square shape on the pages. The shape was colored in yellow but I don not understand what is happening. I seem to be the only one experiencing this problem and would like to know if this is a  bug.
