I have just reconfigured my Outlook 2007 which I am using. I have however experienced a problem with it after reconfiguring. The deleted items folder is no longer available. There is no problem with deletion of emails from the inbox. The problem is that the lack of the deleted items folder means that I cannot retrieve any deleted item should I need it. What is the cause of the loss of my deleted items folder in my outlook 2007?

I happen to like using Open Office Suite for personal use. The advantages it has include the fact that it is free and bears a counterpart for every Microsoft application. Although the Open Office Suite lacks Outlook, the Mozilla Thunderbird is sufficient for me.

I however have found out that the Microsoft office that we use at my office cannot open the files I create at home using the Open Office Suite. This is a big setback because I happen to have a lot of presentations and reports. Is there a way of saving open office document as Microsoft files?

With the use of windows 7 Ultimate through parallels 6 on my Mac that uses Snow Leopard operating system, the machine works perfectly. But an attempt to install MS office 2010 was unsuccessful and only produced the error message shown:

"Setup cannot find the required setup controller file. Either there was a network error, and error reading from the CD, DVD, or other installation media, or a problem with the package you downloaded."

I am using Mac email server and I need to reduce my mail size since my server is school-hosted and can only carry X amount of data. I saved the data in my external storage device in different folders in their respective filing.

My question for you: Is Apple’s cloud computing software able to maintain and keep these data and eventually integrate so that another Apple user may get these data in Apple’s mail server?

I would like to know this as soon as possible so I ask anyone who has an idea on this.

I am using the latest Microsoft operating system and email server. For some reason, my email program ceased to launch recently. I tried going to the program but the window does not appear although I am able to navigating to other functions like creating new content, access to calendar and others.

I am not getting any prompts on problems with the system and I can run it in safe mode. I did some suggestions from posts like resetting, deleting and install but none of these worked. Can you please send me steps on what I should do so that I can fully access my email account?

I’ve been working on excel for a long time. I rely on the save alert when you attempt to close the program without saving it. Then it stopped asking me if I wanted to save my modified files when I close the program to shut off my laptop. I did not reconfigure my excel settings and I’m pretty sure I did not manually save the files I was working on. Where do I check the settings for this? Is it part of the Automatic Database recovery settings? I know it’s supposed to prompt me to save my files but I do not see that anymore. 

Whenever I use the tool for grammar checking, it shows errors that are in an order different from the one displayed when I click the Spelling & Grammar in the menu.  I want to ask why this happens. Thank you.

I am seeking help to export the calendar from Mac Office Outlook to Excel. Usually I am able to do this. But recently I have installed Windows Office 2007 and in this they added one more step which makes it is necessary to download to file and the comma separated value will convert to Excel. I have exported the calendar to Excel for sorting etc. and I am looking for help to how can be done this in Office 2011. We are using it for scheduling purposes and it is very important to us. The calendar listing can be shown but I am looking for how to invert the same to any other software.

I need help in embedding a PDF file into my Microsoft Excel 2007. I recently installed Adobe Acrobat Reader X installed on my computer running with Windows 7. After that I could no longer embed a PDF file into an Excel Sheet. I hope somebody can help me with my issue.

I am unable to open certain attachments in my Outlook 2007 because of the error message “Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments”. What setting changes should I make to resolve the issue?
