Hello,

Currently my OpenERP Client-Web server is connected to a remote OpenERP server. When I intend to export all Base Object Models BOMs, an error appears and please find below screenshot for your reference. However, same operation in Local database could be applied to the web client; the operation is working properly while the remote production database does not work.

Could any expert have some suggestions to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Hello, zip file named openerp_report_designer.zip is installed into OpenOffice and base_report_designer module is installed into OpenERP. However OpenOffice could not be connected and the error message appears and says that the group is not found. Please find the error message screenshot for your reference.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this error please? Thank you very much.

I was trying to install MS Office 2007, but during installation process I faced an error with some weird characters with a start menu 2714 error.

Also I cannot uninstall my office 2003 either.
