My Toshiba laptop cannot hibernate since the spooler is still running. What other work down can I employ other than shutting down the print spooler? I do not know what to do.

My Advent 7211 laptop uses Vista but the speakers produces a distorted sound quality. However, there is no such problem when I used external speakers or headphones. Who has the solution to such an issue?

Recently, my laptop keeps on rebooting every time. What could be the issue here? Please, I need advice because when I try to start it, it only boots up to the windows. It immediately goes off when the icons show themselves before booting up once more. I would be glad to resolve this problem.

I have the Advent 7110 laptop (Intel i915GM chipset) and I think someone must have set a password on BIOS, because every time I start up my PC a popup appears and wants me to input the password.

But I don't know it! Is there a way to clear this password?

Hello Experts,

I have a HP G6000 notebook that works well except when I try to connect a USB mouse device to it, it does not install. The setting up starts as normal but ends up saying that the device has not been installed successfully. Only one wireless USB mouse that I installed works ok.

I have tried running Linux mint from a USB stick and all the mice work fine, there this rules out the hardware as the issue. I think an .inf file could be corrupted but I don’t know which one. Surprisingly, the touch pad device performs ok and also the USB ports for any other device that is plugged in.
