Lenovo laptops are quite specific for bios recovery tools.
There are a lot of Bios recovery tools out in the internet.
You can download Phoenix Wincrisis from this link  a bios crisis recovery tool using pendrive.
If you are having trouble, there are lots of tutorials out there. Here is one from the lenovo forums.

These site has different legitimate versions of BIOS utility software. However, if your machine works to satisfactory and you need to change to windows Vista make sure you install Windows vista KB 973500 and you can get it here.
