I have configured two emails in my Outlook- one Hotmail account and another in Internet service provider, Shaw.ca. My issue is that I am unable to send any mail using the Hotmail account but I can receive. The other email account works perfectly fine. Please suggest a solution.

My Internet Explorer 8 web browser turns off repetitively without any error message or acknowledgment . I have done a AVG scan and also done Spybot. But nothing seems to work. Do I need to reset or re-install Internet Explorer to resolve the issue? Please suggest.

How to get my lost contact on address book?

My OS is Windows 7. 

Due to some power shortage problem my computer got restarted and it creates a big problem. Address book is showing no contacts, all contacts are lost.

The data are there in the folder because I can send emails to them.

We are using Windows XP and Outlook 2007. We have also installed SBS 2011 and Exchange Server. Eight users are there. This is the first time we are using Outlook. We have installed the AVG as Antivirus in the workstations and ‘Clamwin’ in the server. Everything is working fine except some of emails are missing its data.
