I am using Windows 7 in my laptop. I am using also yahoo mail with this. I didn’t have any problems when I am using Windows XP. I just upgraded my operating system few days ago. This is the first time I received this message. It showed error “800ccc0f.” Can you tell me what is the meaning of this? What could be the possible cause of this problem? I would like to ask few questions about Mozilla Firefox I just recently switched from Chrome to FireFox. I tried to visit some websites and every time I visit a site with graphics or videos it keeps on saying massing plugins. This is the latest version of FireFox. What could be causing this problem? Can you tell me how to resolve this issue? Can you give me alternative ways on how to permanently eradicate this problem? Please provide help.

I been having issues with this laptop and I can’t seem to resolve this issue. I just recently downloaded a software from a website and later that it keeps on having slow internet connections speed. I tried to restart my router and laptop but still the same. What could be causing this issue? Can you provide me resolution for this and to prevent it from happening again? I am using Mozilla firefox for my browser. I uninstalled it and decided to use Chrome. Everything seems to be working fine for few days. Recently I noticed that while browsing the internet it will take a very long time just to load a certain page. I didn’t do anything in my browser except migrating to Chrome. What could be the possible reason is this happening? Do I need to go back to FireFox? I would like to retain this browser since it is much lighter for my laptop. Can you provide me suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

I just updated my Java runtime with my laptop. All were working properly and then something popped-up in the monitor. I accidentally clicked the pop-up. My Google Chrome closed and then I thought I was using Chrome, but when I checked it is showing “crossbrowse.” I tried to uninstall it and now I cannot surf in the internet. Is it a possible virus infections? Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? I cannot reformat my laptop since I have tons of documents in it.

I have a laptop that’s new. It is performing ok with the rest of the software installed in it. Recently I noticed that all my web browsers keeps on posting white page. I tried to relaunch the web browsers and restart my system and router but it’s all the same nothing is happening. How to fix this? Can you show me alternative way to do this? I usually surf the internet and check on my social media accounts. I am so annoyed that every time I lagging for example with my yahoo account, it keeps on saying “remember password?….” I don’t want to see this again and I just want to make it automatically recognize my passwords and username with my social media accounts. I recently bought a laptop 5 days ago. I was able to make use of it and there’s no problem. Yesterday I notice that the internet keeps on going slow. I need to wait for at least few minutes before I can see the incomplete content of a web page or webpages. I checked my desktop computer to see if it’s not just happening with laptop, unfortunately it is all working fine with my desktop. What could be the possible cause of this problem? I tried to restart the router to make it sure it is not the problem. I tried also my iPhone to connect with wifi and there’s no issue no disconnection happened.
