My greetings to all readers, I am sharing here an experience while sending an email using Thunderbird, I cannot  send my email because of the error message pasted below.

Good day to all, I am posting here a problem that I encountered while using thunderbird, this problem started when my computer was not properly shutdown due to a power failure, after the power was restored and I am back with my work using thunderbird, an error came about, an error message will appear on my screen, I pasted below the screen shot.

I have been using the Netscape email service. I don't have Netscape as an ISP, just the plain Jane email service that is obtainable just by going to netscape.com. 

My question is can I use the Mail program on tiger to retrieve and send emails using my Netscape email. If so how is it set up. 

Can someone point me in the right direction.

Question, we are in the middle of converting from lotus notes to Google apps and starting to convert windows XP users to Windows 7.

We are having a problem with users that are converted from windows XP to windows 7 the users also get lotus notes client 8.5.2. FP2. And they are also Google apps users on Chrome.

The problem is when they get a (lotus notes) document link in Google apps, the user clicks on the link in Google apps, Google apps launches a dialog (External Protocol Request), users then click button "Launch Application" – a blank tab then opens on Google apps but the user is not taken to lotus or to the document in question.

Any help or direction will be appreciated.
