Can I use CSS in wordpress?

Im new to wordpress. Just switch from blogger to wordpress because they say wordpress is more userfriendly than blogger. I know a little about Css and html. Now my question is can I use css in customizing my wordpress page?

Last night I created a fan page for my blog. I've found out that my url is very long and hard to remember as it's composed of numbers and letters. What i want is to make a unique url so that fan will easily remember my blog's name and url. Is this possible?

I have my site and in order to get it indexed I need to register it to search engines like yahoo, Google and Bing.

I learned that in order to understand the essence of blogging you need to know these basic words. Pageviews, unique hits and visitors. I've read a lot of stuff about it but I can't still understand why are they important. Can someone tell me what are these?

I own a blog about flowers. In order to monitor my progress, I try to track my pageviews using the stats tab in blogger. I notice that even my own pageviews are being counted. Now, what I want is to prevent my blog to count my own views so that I can monitor real views from others. Is this possible?

I want to promote my site by commenting on other blogs. I found out that you can put your links in comments without putting your whole url. What i mean is how can you put your url in words and make that word as a link to your blog?

I'm a blogger and I have a widget that detects Ip addresses of your viewers. Recently, I've got this weird activity wherein I cannot see the Ip of a specific viewer. I just want to try this. Is hiding your Ip allowed?

I've been using adsense for quite sometime now but my campaign is not effective and I'm not earning any from it. I know you need to get alot of traffic so I'm wondering if we can use autosurf programs to get traffic with adsense on it?
