I have a bad experienced on FACEBOOK. One day accidentally i forgot to log out my account and after in just an hour all of my friends received this message “Hello” when my friends made a response it message like this “Wanna laugh?”

Then next message is “ I saw your video in the internet” if your replied then it automatically send you a link.

If you click it, it display binary code numbers and displays an error and freezes so you don’t have a choice but to restart your PC once restarted it will now process very slow and hang.

What’s the problem here is it the Facebook?

This is my question regarding on how to connect PC remotely, I am in the US and my client is in abroad with a different provider. Does he gave me permission to connect to her PC or not? What kind of information would I need?

I want to ask your opinions on what is the best internet provider here in the Philippines? Between 2 PC, I want to have a reliable, unlimited access, the provider should have a bandwidth on demand service because sometime we upload many files especially the end of the month. Forward your suggestion please.

Hi, do you have an idea on what’s the fastest browser right now? I’m using Internet Explorer and it very slow, sometimes the whole picture will not totally display especially on  especially on social networking sites like FACEBOOK and TWITTER. The screen has a message “ YOUR BROWSER IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED PLEASE UPGRADE TO MODERN BROWSER ” , then below on that part had many choices, if i upgrade it i don’t have any on what browser. Any idea?  

My friend has a call center company here in Philippines and I work as an I.T. We applied leased lines because we believe it can solve our problems n terms on fast and reliable internet access. Now, when we test the speed going to KOREA because that’s our main site how come it shows only 50% speed of our plan availed, instead of 100. When we do speed test on www.speedtest.net it shows 99% which is okay. I don’t have any idea on this, im just new on this business.

I’m having a problems on tracing I.P. addresses especially on my email account, i receive a bulk emails from my competitor without a message and I believe it’s just 1 person sending it, it’s different email addresses. I search through internet to solve this but can find the software that can trace this mysterious email. Any idea?

In our office we have 384 kbps Internet connection dedicated for an email. Some of our employee’s have fun on video or using youtube sites. The tendency is upon sending emails specially with attachment it took time to send because of slow connection. Now my question is can we manually adjust each pc to 64 kbps internet speed in order to solve this problem? Thanks.

I work in a Telecommunications company as an IT maintenance. I have a problems on blocking obscene sites. Even if i install NAOME Software or Pornblocker. Our employee still using proxy site in order to open another site like this. Is there a way to ban these obscene websites? What’s the software?
