My CPU usage continues to peek or stays at 100% what could have cause this?

I am installing a new memory but my Computer does not detect it at all.

I'm using a 512mb ATI Raedon MSI graphics card on Windows 7. 

About an hour ago, while I was playing Crisis 2 on it, the game crashed suddenly. I thought it was a problem with the game.

But the same thing happened with Alone in the Dark as well.

I opened my CPU Case, to see if anything was wrong with the hardware & then I noticed that the cooling fan was not working. 

While everything else seems to be working fine. 

Please tell me how to fix this?

i can't use my DVD in my laptop cause i can't open it i tried many times to open it but i can't and now i've many disks to review but i can't so please who know the solution of this problem tell me  

How can I cool down the 4 Cores in my computer? And where are they located or what do they look like?

i don't know i have problem with printer or canon ink as when i print black document using canon pixma mp 258 printer and when i print these documents i've additional color and i don't know why so please i need solution of this problem  

Finally , I bought HP pavilion DV6 laptop and i use with it windows Crystal XP and suddenly i had some keys started having extra letters added as when i type , i get like that ( 6 give hy6 , y give hy6 and so on … ) so please i need the solution quickly

I have problem here with many programs in my desktop like Photoshop program as i can't write in Arabic and when i write in Arabic the fonts written in opposite way and don't make any sense so please i need someone to solve this problem  ASAP

DVD disk burning problem. Please help me. My DVD writer is a Samsung product. It reliable and good CD/DVD writer all over the world. So normally I use it. But sometimes I cannot write any DVD or CD disk. It has a writing problem.

Especially when I insert a DVD disk into writer for writing then it will return come back automatically from the computer. But I play all CD disk at any time.

How can I solve this problem?

I use modem for occasionally or rarely use. I use dial up connection. But sometime my windows cannot detect my modem device. It says: the modem or other networking device has been disconnected.

But I already connected it. It is very boring situation for me. It disturbs me many time. I cannot fix this issue.

How can I fix this not detected issue?
