Hardware
I am shifting from “Windows Vista” to “Windows 7” recently. I am using a printer “HP Photosmart C6150” Initially It was working very well, but now I am facing a problem to get the print. I uninstall & install successfully the “latest HP Windows 7 64 bit software package” many times to fix this issue.
But the same problem of not printing and not even in the queue exists. When I attempted to use the “HP Printer diagnostic utility” it even doesn’t recognize the printer.
Please help me to resolve the problem.

Hello!
I have an HP laptop and i have installed windows vista in its hard drive . Whenever I try to turn the laptop on it gives me an option that either "start recovery" or something or "start normally" but when i click to start normally it doesn't start , i mean it restarts and says "Your hard drive may be infected by a virus" .
I think that there's a major hard disk problem. What does this mean????
Thanks for solution!!!

Hello,
I have been facing a video card or display problem with my computer. So, I decided to change settings from BIOS therefore I changed my display to read PCI . Because, I had only modem in PCI slot. But it was AGP. Than, I over clocked my computer in BIOS. The afterward changes really messed up my computer. Now the computer does not turn on at all. But fan and the heat processor are still running. Looking for solution.
Thank you.

Hello!
I installed 1 GB of RAM today. It seems that it is correctly installed, but the only
problem is that my computer has , only one slot for RAM. So I put out the old RAM that is
512 MB and replaced it with new one that is of 1 GB . But now — whenever I play videos,
listen to music or play computer games– it pauses, and sometimes stops.
Is there any solution?

I forgot my password for my email, so I went to my internet service provider's website and tried to change the password there. After I entered my email address, it was asking me for the mac address information.
It said its found at the modem. I see several mac numbers in the modem, but I don't know which one to try first. And they are so small. I don't have a phone to call my service provider. Can you help me?

I was on my friend's house and I brought my laptop with me because my internet at home did not work.
She has a wireless router and offered me internet access so I can do my job online. But she forgot the wireless password.
So we called our internet service provider, and they referred us to Netgear, our router manufacturer.
When we called netgear, they asked us to plug the computer to the router using Ethernet cord. But we don't have an Ethernet cord. And further assistance from netgear costs a lot. We just wanted to know what the wireless password is.
Is there another way to check the wireless password?

I have an e-machines computer and is running Windows 7. It says on the specifications that it has a built-in blue tooth device. But when I tried to transfer a picture from my iPhone, it did not detect my computer's blue tooth. It also says in the manual that one of the computer's features is that it has blue tooth, however, the manual does not give the instructions on how to find or enable it. Does this computer really has a blue tooth device? How do I check it?
