I want to know How to Restore Factory Hard Drive Capacity

I have a MAC computer and I need to know the Ethernet options available in my computer. What are the advantages of this option and its purpose? Also, what is Music Production in MAC and its usage? How effective it is to use the Ethernet options in using music production?

I installed a new printer on my server and I want all computers to have access and make this printer as the default printer. But I can’t go to each workstation to set-up the new printer. Is there a way to do this remotely or to update or change the printer configuration remotely? Is it possible to use GP to do this?

I am having problems connecting with the internet. I bought a CISCO ASA 5505 router and it was configured by CISCO Technical Support Personnel. The router is working well but the last couple of days; it just keeps on resetting itself then restart that causes my network connection to stop working correctly. It will stop then reconnects again after few minutes.  Please send me help me on this. Thanks.
