How can I have multiple users access our kernel-based virtual machine at the same time?

During MS Lync Server 2010 installation for topology builder, I installed MS SQL 2008 R2 on a different machine (member of same domain) and added rights for CDP database creation. It creates an error on database connection, allow port for incoming and outgoing. Result is connection fail.

I tried the same configuration with SQL 2005 SP4 and MS Lync 2010, connection was created successfully.  Can someone tell me the reason why it fails with SQL 2008 R2 connection with MS Lync 2010?

Has anybody here, been using Magento, ecommerce application using PHP. I was trying to install a sample database using phpMyAdmin. But some errors occur, that I could not continue with the Installation. Is there something wrong with my Database (MySQL) or the Magento. I captured the error that occurred.

I use Maximo database  based on Microsoft SQL server.

In spite of giving proper user name and password  the database can not be log in and is generating the following error message, that is contains no configuration file.

How can the problem be solved?
