My problem is related to Oracle. I have an Oracle Virtual Memory in my VirtualBox 3.1 and I had it for quite some time already. I think it sends a dialog box everyday asking me to install some updates for the software but I did not try to install anything. Now I was tempted to install because I see the same dialog box every time I run Oracle. I guess I have installed the latest updates and version of it. The installation was very smooth and it finished without any error. But when I started running it for the first time after its complete installation, I got this error message saying: Unknown error creating VM (VERR_ NOT_FOUND). I was disappointed to see that. I have attached the error message below:

Hello, I got an error message saying: “FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server:/forms/Iservlet-1”.  I got it when I tried to log in to Oracle Application R12. This error message is coming from the Oracle Developer Forms Runtime – Web. Please help me solve my problem. This is my first time to encounter such kind of error and I have no idea how to fix this. I wanted to move my server to something that runs Presentation Server 4.5 64-Bit using CHFARM.

I already have Oracle Data Store. While trying to set up Oracle connection, I got this error message saying, “Database connection cancelled or failed.” What should I do?

Hi, I got this error when I tried to install Presentation Server 4.5 64-Bit with Oracle Data Store.

In the midst of the installation process, this error message appeared: “Error 26005.

Could not start IMA service in CTX_IMA_ StartIMAService State = 1.

Clicking OK didn’t help at all. So I am asking our Experts here to kindly please send some help.

Hi everyone,

I have done some upgrades to components on my system and reinstalling Windows XP with SP2.

Also,we had to make some software updates to the server so it can support more connections.

Recently error message appears. Now I am confused, because I thought that we had made all right updates (SQL Server 2005 all available updates are installed) so that we don’t have to buy new server..

Any suggestions?

After problems with electricity my server went down. I have done back up of all files on other server. When I wanted to restore backup files .bak with SQL express I got error message. Now I don’t know what to do. How can I fix this? OS Windows 7

This is the situation that I had yesterday. OS Windows XP, Virtual basic 6, ODBC 3.51. Recently we had some problems with electricity. After that I got error message whenever VB6 via ODBC receives and send data to MySQL. Any suggestions/solution/ advice?

Today, while bench testing an AWAC that I have been successfully configured and tried sending a new deployment set-up (planning) to the instrument, an error message appeared from the AST software.

The error is, "Error 142: unable to enter data acquisition mode, Prolog communication problem when opening file" and  "Error 138: Prolog communication problem when reading production configuration, press connect to restore communications". I attempted to do the process again and the instrument seemed to remain confirming the latest data strings at the planned interval to the terminal emulator. It appeared that the wave data strings ($PNORW string identifier) were unable to appear to the programmed interval.

I recently installed Microsoft Access on my computer device. I want to download Northwind Sample Database so I do not have to create one for myself since it is readily available and I do not need an installer to be able to use it. But for some unknown reason the program is not working. I do not know if the problem is with the installation or the program itself. I hope somebody can help me.
