Hi there.  I have been using Aiseesoft iPod to computer software for transferring files from my iPod to my XP desktop.  I have now upgraded to Windows 8 and reinstalled the software.  The program now crashes when launched.  Is there a way I can make the program work again?

I just received a VBA tutorial PDF Microsoft project but Acrobat won't recognize the file.  I use Adobe Acrobat XI and I'm having a "file not recognized" error.  Is there any other way to read this PDF file?  I'm on Windows XP 64 bit SP2.  Thanks.
