I am having an apple iPhone 5S and iPad Mini Retina Display through Verizon. Both are doing great work!

The only issue I am having now is that the text messages which are coming to my iPhone are not coming into my iPad. It use to come before, but recently I have changed some settings it seems but couldn't recollect what I have caused this issue.

Did anybody faced this issue before? Any help in this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

I am using iCloud, but suddenly entered wrong password 3 times unfortunately.

I called Apple Customer support for this issue. They told that You have to pay again $100 extra for setting up a password. Why can I pay that much of amount for having already. After that they sent one email at midnight to change Password which will remain only up to 3 hours. Morning I checked that already the password was expired. After that they didn't send any password link. Already 2 weeks after.

I want to buy more apps with my old account only. Did some one faced the same issue before? If yes, please give me some suggestions on what to do now? Thanks for your kind assistance in advance!

I have an iPhone 5 and its use to work pretty well. But unfortunately yesterday It was broken by some accident and the screen was cracked. Today I tried to turn it on. I am able to turn on the screen, but not responding to open any applications, photos and videos on it. I can't open only iTunes.

How to get all my personal info form that? Can somebody help me out to resolve this issue? Thanks for your kind assistance in advance!

I am using MacBoook Air (model: 4.2) Mac OSX (version: 10.7.5) and it is really amazing.

But, I am having one minor issue. I am not able to locate the hard disk icon on the desktop. I saw it until last week and this week onwards it got disappeared. I tried to see if there are any settings where I can set it to Show the icon. But I couldn't find any settings as well.

How can I make it appear on the desktop? Please kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

I am having MacBook Air (13 inch) with OS X version Mavericks (10.9) and it is all working fine.

I am trying to do a mail merge, but it looks like Pages 5.0 is not supporting mail merge any more. I am not able to find any way to link to the contacts. I am not sure how can I use the Numbers Document for adding addresses to do mail merge. I have looked into all the options provided in the application, but I couldn't find any option.

Is this feature available or not? I thought that it will definitely have mail merge as it is a word processor. Am I missing something here? Please kindly advise.

I am using a Dell Inspiron 14 laptop with windows 7 in it. Everything is working pretty well, except playing videos giving me strange problems.

When I try to play videos from iTunes the audio and video gets out-of-sync soon. To avoid that I tried to pause the video and played again with 20 second interval. But This doesn't last long and the problem is being repeated again. But, the same videos are being played properly from the Quick Time player. I feel that the problem is with iTunes. I have updated my iTunes to get the latest version of it but no use.

Did anybody faced this issue ever? Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am having Mac OS X Mavericks only Apple computer. Today I have installed Mac OS X Yosemite beta into a hard drive (external) and I have booted Mac OS from the hard drive.

It was working fine, but when I shut down and restarted with old version Mavericks. But, it got stuck at a loading bar in the middle of it and after that no action happened.

Is this a problem with the Yosemite beta version or my Mavericks OS partition got corrupted? How can I troubleshoot this issue? Please kindly advise. Thanks a lot in advance, guys!

I have an iMac running on OS X v10.9 Mavericks. I'm trying to use iWork and I want to get some details on how to create a list of documents or how to use data from numbers. Where can I find the information or document that can assist me on this? Is there some kind of tutorials available online?

If the Reflector software does not work and it's unable to record the iPhone screen on the PC, is there an application that can be used as alternative? Will it only pair with a single computer at a time or can it be reflected on multiple PCs? Thanks for your help in advance.

If the iGrill is having connectivity issues, does it have something to do with the app or is this a power issue on the device itself? Is there a distance limitation on the device? If it loses connection, is there any way to try to reset it and reconnect? Any suggestions?
