If the iGrill is having connectivity issues, does it have something to do with the app or is this a power issue on the device itself? Is there a distance limitation on the device? If it loses connection, is there any way to try to reset it and reconnect? Any suggestions?

Hi!
Please read my answers to your query question by question.
Does it have something to do with the app or is this a power issue with the device itself?
I cannot really tell the cause of “connectivity issue” unless you have provided me a little background of the device or the method of connection. You may do trial by installing again the app, which can be downloaded freely from the App Store and Google Play store. Then reestablish the connection again. I presume that you know the pairing method of your Apple or Android device via Bluetooth® technology; hence, be sure that the devices are paired.
Is there a distance limitation on the device? Of course, there is. The question must be raised is how long is the covered distance of the connection? This Bluetooth-enabled meat thermometer allows you to monitor your food from up to 200 feet away
If it loses connection, is there any way to try to reset it and reconnect? Yes. If it is distance, then make sure your devices are within the prescribed distance, say 200 feet; otherwise, check whether pairing are recognized in your device.
