Just recently purchased ASA 5505 to take the place of our old firewall/vpn device. After a massive learning curve I have pretty much figured out what I am doing, I can´t figure out the Mac VPN connection. 

When trying to connect using the built in Mac Operating System X IPSec connection I receive the following error message: A configuration error occurred. Make sure you settings are correct and try again. I know for a fact that all the following information is correct

host, pre-shared key, group name, and user name. I can´t even get to the screen where I have to give a password

If I use the VPN with Windows it is fine.

I use quicktime to play some of my videos but just this morning when I tried to open it, it is throwing up this error, I didn’t do any changes in it's settings and it is working properly the other day, help anyone?

One of my Twitter buddies sent me a screenshot of an error he is currently getting on his iPhone when trying to download a certain application from the App Store. Every time he tries to download VLC, his iPhone tells him that this application is not compatible and that he needs to update his iPhone to iOS 3.2.

Obviously the strange part is there is no such thing as iOS 3.2. There never was and there never will. So why does his iPhone tell him he needs the 3.2 software update?

I've recently installed iTunes on my windows 7 computer, the problem is whenever I try to play songs whether it is on my computer or on my iPod, the timer just sits on 0:00 and the play button is pressed (see the picture).

I am trying to install Windows XP on an Intel Mac using an ISO turn mortal repeat of the Windows installer is more than twice as fixed as using the installer CD. However, I ran into a thin problem after completing the Windows installment. I utilized a slipstream Windows XP Plate installer with Writer Take 2 to pose Windows in VMware Merger.

After Windows booted up, I encountered a failure when I proved to activate the Windows Firewall from Test Committee: System error 1075 has occurred. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Hi all, I plug-in mine iPhone and then select elements 7.0 to get from the internet pictures.

It does connect and find some images.

Then it gets fail.

I just had elements 3.0 that was working for one iPhone, but may be not work l on the 2nd iPhone.

So, I updated to elements 7.0 believing that it may need an upgrade.

But, no, now my i-phone pictures cannot be downloaded using elements 7.0.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.

In the new Office Mac ’11 I am working hard to set up an Outlook account. In my company they use Exchange ’10. My device has been upgraded to the version of 14.1.3 and I have connected my email address for work in Outlook but no satisfactory outcome found. It is possible to get access in my mail by website mail and by my iphone but I can not do that by my Mac. I had started freshly again from the beginning but they asked for service pack 1 to be installed but though I am already using it so what is the reason that I'm experiencing this issue? Please help. I was trying to download PNG files in my IPOD to my computer with iPhoto application at that time all the files unfortunately got deleted. But I must need those files. Now is there any way to recover those PNG files those who got erased while processing. I urgently need a solution.
