This run-time error appeared when I turned on my PC. Is not my first DLL error and I think I solved once and for all the DLL errors with DLL fixer. I think is not working as I expected but can anyone help me to fix one? Why I have DLL errors? Can this be solved forever?

I can’t run AsusSetup on my Windows XP (x32) because of this error. It seems like is a compatibility error. I run the same version and a compatible one with Windows XP and it doesn’t want to work either. Please can anyone help me to fix this? Why is a compatibility error?

None of this versions wants to work, and I don’t have any solution for this. Please make me to understand why none of them are compatible with Windows 7, especially the Windows 7 version?
