I have a problem with Windows Defender. How do I activate it, because windows defender does not want an active, after notice sent activate. Then I switch the appropriate instruction and remain active as well. Then I downloaded from the Microsoft site, after the download it remains inactive as well. Someone please help me?

I am using Windows Vista and I have a solid rig. Today when I opened Yahoo Messenger I get the error "999 - Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time". This whole day I was unable to use my Messenger which cost me several appointments. In am infuriated with this incident.

Please if anybody knows what is causing this problem, please tell so, If I don't fix this soon I might switch to Skype. And I have to import all my contacts which is A.....Lot of work.

Does anyone else wish for improvements to Photoshop CS5 actions?  I am a graphic artist in an exporter of fashion accessories. Working with a lot of print designs and brochures, I often need to apply the same effect to a batch of images  but,  I need to be able to develop an action quickly.  Sometimes I feel like getting  the kinks out of an actions takes longer than if I just went ahead and finished the images myself. I feel like the functions could be a bit smarter and ignore hang-ups like “Layer X is not available”,  and  etc.

My problem is that AutoCAD 2007 reports FATAL ERROR: Out of memory - shutting down always shows when I work with large DWG drawings. What can I do to free some memory that will help to increase the available memory.

My computer has 1gb Ram and I'm using Windows Vista with a 1.66ghz Intel processor. Is there any way to optimize my ram and improve the performance of AutoCAD? If you can help me with my problem I would be forever indebted to you.

Hello to all Sketchup Users,

Whenever I open SketchUp version: 8pro, I get this message. Error Loading File ocean.rb, undefined method `GetString' for nil:NilClass. My operating system by the way is Mac Snow Leopard. I fear that there might be a problem on my Sketchup Installation or something got corrupted. This was not happening before. I really need this to work because I have to finish my 3d rendering.

Can anyone please give me some advise. I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.How do I fix this error message?

Hi to all TechyV readers and experts,

I hope I am posting in the right section, well anyway, whenever I  open 3DS Max 9, I get this error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). My only option is to click OK to terminate the application.

I am using Windows Vista and I have a great rig, processor-memory-and-video-card wise. This is a freshly installed 3DSMax. Maybe something went wrong with the installation, I don't know. Can anyone please give me some advise.

I am currently using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on my Macbook Pro. For some reasons, I have to run different MAC OS application(s) like Quickbooks for Mac on my Ubuntu 10.04. I have searched few forums but I can't find the right answer. Please explain to me in detail if I can get this problem solved and how?
