This device keeps on disconnecting from the computer while scanning a document. Nothing's wrong with the rest of the ports and connectors, just provide me answer how to resolve this issue. Also, please tell me if there's anyway that we can use this to multiple computers at a time? I just bought recently this scanner. At first I was able to use it without any issues or glitches. Few days ago I noticed that some of my printed documents took a very long time to be scanned and copied. I just ignored it because I thought that is the usual speed of this scanner.
