The scanner "USB device not recognized…" What is the cause of this problem? Please tell me what are the proper driver that I can download from the internet, which is free and not affected with virus, from legit site, that will resolve my problem with this scanner and any device that I will connect with it. Please tell me detailed instructions on how to connect this right away to photoshop after scanning the document it will open right away the image in that software.

First of all, disconnect your device from the USB port and connect it again. If didn’t work perfectly, try another port. Most of the time, it’s the USB port that makes such issue.
