I am constantly receiving issues on my laptop. I'm not sure if its a virus because when I run my antivirus, it found nothing. But my laptop is running very slow and it shuts off pretty often. I tried to refresh and run a factory reset but it shows an error stating that there is something missing so I can't continue with the reset. I tried every possible ways to reset but I just couldn't. I really need assistance on this matter since I hardly use my laptop these days due to this issue.

I am looking for the best resolutions on my problem. I have a Core 2 Duo E4700 with 4GB DDR2 RAM and Nvidia En 8400Gs. It runs with Windows 8.1 I want to run Visual Studio on a virtual machine for coding since it installs a lot of stuffs during installation and uninstalling will be impossible. In this way, I can just remove the virtual disk if Visual Studio is no longer needed. I want to know which is better for my needs, Workstation or Virtual Box?

Hello everyone! I have 16 GB of RAM installed in my PC, and although the task manager and PC recognize that 16 GB is installed it only tells me that 7.9 GB is usable and 8.1 is reserved. What does this actually mean? And why does it show that only some part of my RAM is usable and the rest is reserved? Any ideas?

I want a clear and clean desktop so I usually hide my icons. But they keep re-appearing after rebooting my computer. So I will need to re-hide them again. I want to know how to hide them permanently so I won't need to hide them repeatedly. Any ideas?

I just moved my old hard drive to my new PC. It's an SSD (Samsung) and it is my 3rd internal Hard drive. The first two internal hard drives are, 256 SSD boot drive with Windows 8.1 and my SATA hard drive (2 TB 7200). After installing the new Samsung SSD, everything works fine and I don't encounter any issues until my computer went into hibernation mode. When it woke up, my monitor would not turn on. I want to know if it's because of the new SSD installed or any other reasons? How to resolve this?

Hi! I badly need some help from you guys! I accidentally downloaded a very bad malware and I was unable to get rid of it. Some applications like Optimizer Pro keeps installing by themselves and it's totally annoying because once they are installed, I will manually uninstall them on the Control Panel and clean my PC with CCleaner and ADWCleaner. My computer is running at 100% disk usage and it happens randomly. AVG usually appears on top of the list of the disk read/write. All the drivers installed on my computer were properly installed and working properly. Just today, just right after startup, the same thing happens and it seems that my computer is busy doing a lot of things and as a result, my PC froze for few seconds. I need help on my Acer wireless keyboard. When attempting to type my password, it doesn't work until I restart my computer. After that, it will work flawlessly. My Acer PC and my wireless keyboard was bought 3 months ago and so they are still new. It runs with Windows 8.1. And now, the problem always persist and I don't know how to get rid of it.
