F-spot is a tool that I have used to organize and share my photos with family and friends. But recently, it has been quitting unexpectedly and on clicking Restart Application it pops up the error again in a loop. What other options do I have here?

Lightroom 4.1 has been giving me an error as shown below. It says Master Catalogue cannot be opened. Is there a quick solution for this so that I can stop worrying? It is a good photo software and I would like to resolve the problem soon.

Lightroom has made photo editing and management easier for me although there is an error that occurs when saving adjusted photo. The error is as shown below. Is there a quick fix to this? It keeps on displaying the error every time.
