How to get my lost contact on address book?

My OS is Windows 7. 

Due to some power shortage problem my computer got restarted and it creates a big problem. Address book is showing no contacts, all contacts are lost.

The data are there in the folder because I can send emails to them. 

I am looking for help to get back my address book.

We are using Windows XP and Outlook 2007. We have also installed SBS 2011 and Exchange Server. Eight users are there. This is the first time we are using Outlook. When I am accepting meeting invitation in Outlook 2007, an error message is coming. why?

One of my users getting an error message when he is accepting the meeting invitation in Outlook 2007 which says ‘The property is not existing and the field does not valid for this type of item. ’ It is happening sometimes only. 'iaf' file import without executing the outlook express, how will i do this?

We can import the ‘iaf’ file with Outlook Express by using the menu and options. But I am looking for something different. Can I do the same from command line without executing the Outlook Express? I will be thankful for your help to get out of this problem.

Is there any tool to synchronize the phone with MS Outlook?

My question may be an FAQ. It is one year passed when I got the answer for this question. So I am looking for some latest information.  I am planning to purchase a Windows Mobile 7 phone for the synchronization with the Microsoft Outlook.

Up to the 6.5 version we can directly synchronize the phone with MS Outlook, but later versions are not supported this any more. We required an exchange server for doing this.

Since it is a free service, I don’t want to share my personal data with them....

How to update Exchange 2007 SP3?

I have installed Exchange Server update Rollup four and five. The rollup 5 update is just cumulative and I am planning to remove the Rollup 4 update. After the installation of Rollup 5 still it is showing some available updates and so there is a problem with WSUS. Anybody have idea why this is happening. I will be thankful for your help to get out of this problem.
