I am running Windows Vista SP1 and Norton Internet Security 2012. I was using the 2011 version and was recently updated to 2012. Since yesterday we have been receiving pop-up messages on out Windows XP and Windows 7 client PCs. The error says “Fcagte.exe Application Error. The instruction at 0X7777e4b4 referenced memory at 0X00000012. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program.” This error incurs after our recent VSE 8.8 upgrade. When clicking on the OK button on the pop-up alert, the Fcagte.exe will restart. We have tried to re-install DLP but the same error appears. How can I fix it?
