I am having trouble with disk clean up process. I have auslogics software installed, and it was working perfectly. It used to solve problems successfully earlier but recently it is not working.

No matter how many times I run to disk clean up process it still shows errors.

Please help me solve this problem.It seems like my auslogics software is broken, however If there is a way to solve it please let me know.

I can see "dotted line" report under "Organizational Chart Shapes" option but it is  coming with an arrow head which I do not want.

Mozilla Firefox browser has been removed from my computer through add remove programs option.

But it is still installed. I want it to be uninstalled completely.

Is it possible to uninstall Firefox from registry or by using command prompt?

I have installed some apple softwares including apple safari browser. They were working perfectly until recently. The softwares has stopped working. No matter how I try they do not seem to work I tried closing the anti-virus and then tried but it did not work either. I tried the open as an administrator command but it did not work either. Please someone tell me what to do.
