when i shut down my pc screen shows " windows is shutting down " for a long time some times i had to press power button and switch off. What are the reasons for this ? how can i find the exact reason and solve the issue?  reformatting is not possible.

I have been using Viper Anti Plagiarism scanner for quite some time. When I installed it to my new laptop  its no longer working properly. Duplicate word or phrases are supposed to be highlighted but I could not find any highlighted words or phrase. Other than that, everything is ok. My OS by the way is Windows 7 and my laptop model is an ASUS- K43U series. I really need your assistance very badly since I need it for my Thesis writing.

I received an error while opening the Microsoft office One Note 2010 file. I can’t open the file. I get this error message –

Please help me out. Well, my kids had just deleted some folders of my computer. Then I had to re-install Microsoft Office 2003 Pro. I get to make this work. Now I am getting an error message while working with clip art.

It shows an error message something like below-

Clip art cannot complete the operation
No such interface supported
Error code 0x080004002

I googled and found some solutions to repair it. I tried them but still no joy.

I have not found any effective solution yet. I also looked at Microsoft but there I found that its for Windows XP or earlier.
