When I was trying to integrating Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 with Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS) I receive this message cannot connect to the phone system I do not know why this message appear or how to fix this error so please help me?

Cannot connect to the phone system.

On my desktop computer, DVD rom works well. But, sometimes while working with DVD drive, the drive stops responding and DVD drive disappears from my computer area. The working red light of my control box remain on after the DVD disappears. The light do not off and on depending on actions. The DVD stops working totally. Sometimes the problem goes away if computer is restarted and sometimes not.

My computer is on perfect condition. Any program can be installed and run properly in my computer.

But, in last few days i tried to install vice city on my computer. During installation a new window appears which tells that decompression error has been detected. If i click retry no progress occurs.

If i ignore then program is installed but do not run. What to do?

I bought hosting and installed WordPress as CMS using Fantastico Autoinstaller. Then I tried to change the language of WordPress site from English to Bangla. I followed all the steps correctly provided by WordPress but the language did not change.

I searched on the Internet about changing languages. All websites discussed the same procedure. I followed the steps again. I pasted language file to language folder. I changed wp-config.php file as shown below. But, it did not work.

What is the reason?

I used to view a design website named 99designs.com. I used to view it without any error. But, i do not know for what reason the website can not be viewed from my laptop. But the website is active and can be viewed from other computers. I can view all websites without only 99designs.com. What is the reason and solution?

My monitor color display is different from other monitor. My monitor has some violet gradient. What could cause this problem? Recently I cleaned my computers from dusts and disassembled my desktop computer to remove the dust that is inside the CPU and behind the monitor. My monitor is a CRT. I always encounter the error message saying Windows Error Recovery every boot. The picture illustrates the error that always appear on reboot. If you select Launch Repair, it will repair but after a while a blue screen with some error message appears and then when you reboot again, this screen will appear.

Does anybody here know the solution to my problem?

This is the error that always appear every time i try to boot. The computer displays this blue screen before finishing boot. I tried installing a new OS but after the completion of the installation, the same messages appears. My current operating system is Windows XP.

Can anyone here help me with my problem. 

Startrep.exe - Application error. The instruction at 0x73a0ffa6 reference at 0xcc034008. Memory could not be read. This message appears after some minutes passed after choosing to install an OS. My Intended Operating System would be windows 7. Unfortunately i have this error always appearing. I tried installing the os to another Desktop and it worked fine. I therefore suspect that the hardware of my Desktop could be the one causing the problem. The image below describes the error i always encounter. Please help.
