Hi,

To troubleshoot this problem you will require to use the CUPS Real-time Monitoring Tool (RTMT).

Follow the following steps.

  1. Load the Cisco unified serviceability page.
  2.  Under the trace tab, select trace configurations and then download from the CUPS administration plug in page the RTMT.
  3.  Once you have installed the RTMT, connect the CUPS server and under Trace and Log Central select Real Time Trace option.
  4.  Select appropriately in the prompting dialogue boxes.
  5.  Once you have successfully step up the RTMT you can log in and view the results.

To interpret the displayed results correctly you will need to research more in this field.
