What would be the reason why laptop boot-up and run so slow? Can someone out there elaborate me all the possible cause why my laptop boot-up and run slow? Does it have something to do with the computer specification? It took almost 1 minute before it completes the boot-up process.

Just yesterday my office-mate sent me a printable PDF file. When I tried to print it, to serve as my personal copy of document, this message appeared on the computer screen “Insufficient memory to rasterize transparent element on page #_. Whenever I am running the CAPSA, the message has been blocking me telling “No enough RAM space to build packet buffer.”

The various researches that I have initiated told me that running a CAPSA requires a contiguous block of memory and reduces the performance of the software that are installed in my PC.
