My email account in Hotmail keep sending ads to all my contacts and to people I don't really know. I did not send anything to anyone. I am receiving hundreds of  delivery status notification.  The emails consist of some characters which I cannot understand.

Hello, 

I have Netgear WNR 2000, cable router  for VOIP. I constantly get cut off, from speech transmission problems. WNR2000 has no ` DISABLE SIP ALG option, that will help me solve any previous problems on earlier routers. 

I need to fix this problem because I'm talking to clients everyday and  I don't want to give them a bad impression. In  the meantime, I am using my landline to communicate with them. This was working perfectly for a year and I can't figure out how to correct this problem.

Something happened to my computer where am not able to login to the main screen. Let me explain what happened exactly. The amount of spam emails I'm getting on my outlook is very alarming. I've been using Bitdefender for a couple of months now and it was working perfectly. Recently, it acted as if it didn't filter some of my spam emails. I am very impatient when it comes to deleting spam. I tried adding the sender of the missed spam on the spammers list but I am still consistently getting tons of spam emails. So I tried clearing the database as advised on another forum. So far, I got no success in fixing my problem.
