I lost my System Restore when my computer was hit by a virus.  It didn't work since then and I am receiving the error above whenever I try to perform this task. I've been searching for solutions online, but no one ever gave me correct and detailed procedures on how to properly fix this.

I am searching on forums regarding a solution on how to solve a certain issue. Most of the people in the forum posted a screenshot to make it easier for the reader and to understand the solutions clearly. I opened the Task Manager Window and checked if there is another installation process running. To make sure, I end the process of each .exe that is familiar to me. But I still cannot continue. How can I know if my Windows installer is corrupted? Can I completely remove it from my computer?

I am experiencing errors for the past few days. This occurred after a fresh installation of Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I can't get on the Internet.  Every time I shut down, the BSOD shows up. I can't even use the start up repair because it goes right back to the BSOD.
