I am trying to access a Windows XP machine on a LAN to load an OpenOffice file. I am using OpenOffice 2.2. I can see the odt file when I try to File > Open.

When i double click on the file I get the following error; "General Internet error has occurred" Internet is running in my computer and I can freely access the internet and send emails.

The Windows XP machine has the folder (within which the above file sits) set to shared.

Please tell me the solution of this problem.

I have Android, when I try to set up a connection to my web hosts SMTP (Simple Mail Transmission Protocol) Server using IMAP, an error is disturbing that stated; Unable to open connection to server.

I tried my best by changing the ports but in vain.

Anyone have any clue why this is happening?

I have installed Any Video Converter on my computer to convert Multimedia Files from one format to another format.

When I am trying to convert f4v (Extension of file) format, the AVC (Any Video Converter) shows the error stated; Cannot get media information of video file H:F4Vsample.f4v, insert failed! Does AVC not support f4v files?

Some FLV files are also same issue. What should I do to take over this error?

I have teamviewer on my computer for desktop sharing in networking. I am getting an error like this; "Access to the TeamViewer server has been denied". This error occurs every time when I open my TeamViewer application. I performed un-installation of teamviewer and reinstall it but above mentioned error is occurring. I am using Teamviewer for desktop sharing. I have a LAN of 20 computers connected to Internet. I try to log in through teamviewer to access one of my client’s desktop but an error of Master Server is preventing me to do so.

I have been trying to download the new Dell Support Center on my Dell laptop and keep receiving error code 1306. Another application has exclusive access to the file C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataSupportSoftDellSupportCenterSYSTEMstatelogssprtcmd.log. It suggests I shut down all other applications and then retry.  However, nothing is open, no any window, no application is open. Can you tell me how I can find that particular program on the computer? Also I wanted to know how I can get rid of this particular error message on the computer.

 I have an iPad that has stuck in reboot loop. When I tried to restore it the following message occurred; The “iPad” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2006).

I tried to restore it after disconnecting all third party devices, spare cables, reset the SMC but in vain.

The above error is displayed by iPad.

Does anyone have anything useful instead of the generic recommendations (unplug, restart, reinstall, etc...)?
