After I plug in my HDMI cable on the  computer, i will get a error message “The connected TV is either not powered on, is in standby state, or does not support REGZA-LINK (HDMI Control)” . This has just worked in the past. It does not allow me select anything

Hello dear, I want to setup Logos 4.2a Beta 5 software's on my computer but I cannot install it. Many times I tried but always I get the following two errors

Clicking OK does nothing.
Clicking Cancel gives the following error

The older version of Logos Bible Software 4 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.

What’s this problem? If anybody has solution for this problem then please help me.Thank you
