I have 2 types of computers.  Macintosh and a PC, so I cannot exchange the information between Macintosh and PC but it is very important to me.

Is it possible to create a network between each other.  If possible then I expect to get the solution.

Networking between Macintosh and PC

Hi Kaspian ,

You can connect to the PC from Mac in the same way as you connect between two PC's and you can share the files with the same ease.  Here are the instructions to be followed.

1. Click on my network places < click entire network < Microsoft Windows network <click on work group.

After these steps you should be able to see the Mac system in the work group.

There is an other option for files sharing.

Click on the apple menu < system preferences < sharing ;

After this select sharing files and folders using SMB.  By doing this, you will be able to find a check box next to the user account that will be used to share files with Windows XP and enter the user name and password and click OK.

After following these steps give the Windows user the computer name of your Mac which they can use to share files .The computer address can be visible in the sharing pane.
