Block definition gives me this error about unsupported characters. I’ve started to use this program because a friend of mine recommended and I am a newbie with this. Does anyone have a solution for this error ? How can I skip this ?

Sometimes I have this error and sometimes I don’t have it. It appears when I want to access some files from my PC and this system error doesn’t let me to make it. Any solution for this ? What is divide by zero error ? Is this a virus ?

I have uninstalled AutoCAD 2014 because I have updated my Windows 7 and it messed up the program. After inserting the CD with AutoCAD 2014 and click the Next button this error appeared. I don’t know why is not working when I want to open a file directly from the Vault. This is the error that I have and I can skip it by pressing the Close button but it appears again and it started to be a bit annoying. Can anyone help me ? What it means and how much it harms the program when I click Close ?
