I am thinking of getting Photoshop CS6. Currently, I am using CS3 and I have a lot of presets. Is there a way to migrate my presets from CS3 to CS6? If there is, how do I go about it? If I will use my CS6 in my new Mac and my CS3 is from a Windows desktop, will I still be able to migrate the presets?

I want to add videos in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. What are the file types that it can support? Do I need to install a certain video player? If the workstation where I will play the presentation from only came with Windows Media player, will I still be able to play it? 

I have a requirement where I want to do a Multicast Routing between VLan 2 and VLan 3 and then a separated VLan Routing for VLan 4, VLan 5, and VLan 6. I will use a Cisco 4500 with Sup 7, I need help on how I can configure this. Thanks for your help.

I used to be able to undock/unpin a tab and open it on a separate window when I was viewing multiple tabs in Internet Explorer 10. If I had separate windows, I used to be able to merge them as well. I tried resetting IE and it didn't worm. Any ideas how I can get the tabs to work the same way it did before?

The IBM server does not complete POST. I can hear beeps coming out from it. There is no video showing as well. Is there a list that shows what the beep codes are for? If there is, where can I get a copy and does it contain recommended steps to perform to these machines?

My iPhone 5 would not turn on properly and got stuck at 'Plug into iTunes' logo. I researched about it and one of the suggested solutions was to enter the DFU mode. I plugged the iPhone and it was not detected in iTunes. I turned it off and held the power and home for 10 seconds, then released the power while I continued holding the home but nothing happened. I've heard about an app called Fingi. What kind of services can it provide for a hotel and its guests? What kind of platform does it use? is it available in Apps store and Google play? I plan to check in a hotel next week and I am wondering if my hotel supports this app. Is there a list of hotels in the US that support this kind of technology?
